We design and build AI and automation systems that eliminate manual work, connect your apps, and allow your team to operate faster and smarter. Everything we do is fully custom and done-for-you — from the audit to the build, training, and ongoing support.

Check if we're a fit
Not at all. We handle all design, build, and configuration. At the end of the project, Strateya delivers a complete documentation package so your team can operate independently:
  • Step-by-step video recordings explaining how to use each automation and implemented system.
  • Written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) documenting every workflow and process.
Process & delivery
Strateya works through a structured 4-phase methodology designed to ensure viability, reliability, and long-term performance. Each phase builds on the previous one to guarantee a production-ready result. Before everything, a free 30-min call allows us to clarify doubts, analyze your project, and estimate hours.
Phase 1 — Business Audit & Technical Scope
  • We map and document all your current processes and workflows.
  • We analyze your existing tech infrastructure and identify inefficiencies.
  • We deliver a complete Technical Scope defining what will be built, how, and with which tools.
  • We present two alternatives: (a) work with your current tools or (b) adopt Strateya's recommended tools. You choose — both are fully supported.

No implementation work begins until the Technical Scope is reviewed and approved in writing by the client.

Phase 2 — Systems Implementation
  • Centralize all operations into a single source of truth.
  • Develop and configure your CRM adapted to your sales and client management process.
  • Set up project management systems aligned with your team's workflow.
  • Maximize the use of your technology stack (or the recommended one).

Only items explicitly included in your approved Technical Scope will be delivered.

Phase 3 — AI & Automation
  • Design and implement custom automation workflows using Make.com, Zapier, custom code, and AI.
  • Connect all your apps, triggers, and data sources into a unified automated system.
  • Run multiple testing cycles to ensure every workflow runs reliably from day one.
  • Deliver only production-ready automations — no temporary fixes or unstable patches.
Phase 4 — Training & SOP Delivery
  • Step-by-step video recordings explaining how to use each automation and system implemented.
  • Written SOPs documenting every workflow and process.

Phase 4 does not include live training sessions, real-time support, or post-delivery modifications. For ongoing support, the Monthly Monitoring add-on is available separately.

It depends on the scope of your project. Our process is a methodology for ensuring success — not a fixed timeline. Some projects require deeper mapping; others evolve during execution. We always prioritize doing it right over doing it fast. Once payment is confirmed, your kickoff is scheduled within 48–72 business hours.
Changes are a natural part of any real project. If new requests come up or the scope evolves, we re-map and inform you of the hour impact before proceeding. No surprises, ever.
Our guarantee is the result. Before committing to any project, we run an audit to fully understand your processes and validate that we can deliver with confidence. We only take on projects we know we can complete successfully — we don't promise speed at the expense of quality.
We include post-delivery support as part of the handoff. For ongoing coverage, you can add our Monthly Monitoring add-on — active automation upkeep available exclusively to former Strateya clients.
Pricing & hours
We work on an hourly model with volume-based rates. The more hours you commit, the better your rate: up to 24 hours at $175/hr, 25+ hours at $165/hr, and 50+ hours at $150/hr. You don't need to decide how many hours you need upfront — that's exactly what the free scoping call is for.

That's exactly what our free 30-minute scoping call is for. Before any commitment, we walk through your goals, map your processes, and give you a professional estimate of the hours required. You only decide how many hours to contract after we've defined the scope together.

It won't catch you off guard. Every week you receive a detailed report showing your remaining balance. If the project needs more hours, you can top up at any time — your remaining balance always carries over and your rate adjusts automatically based on total volume.
All prepaid hours must be used within the validity period from the date of purchase. Validity periods by plan:
  • Standard & Growth plans: 90 days.
  • Retainer plan: 180 days.
Hours begin to be consumed from the start of Phase 1: Business Audit & Technical Scope. Unused hours after the corresponding period will expire and be forfeited. Expired hours are non-refundable, non-creditable, and non-transferable, unless expressly authorized in writing by Strateya.
Yes. After every meeting, detailed minutes are prepared with everything discussed, decisions made, and next steps defined. All time is logged with exact timestamps in your weekly report. Nothing goes undocumented.
Every week you receive a report with a task-by-task breakdown, exact time logged per activity, meeting minutes, and your remaining hour balance. Full transparency is non-negotiable at Strateya.

We work with the leading tools in the market: Make.com, Zapier, n8n, OpenAI, Claude AI, Gemini, HubSpot, Monday.com, ClickUp, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, Slack, and more. Already using a different platform? We adapt to your existing stack.
Yes. When a native connector doesn't exist or lacks the endpoints you need, we build custom integrations using APIs, webhooks, and middleware — connecting any app to your stack regardless of platform limitations.
